Hitecsa - 2016 GENERAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

Consistent with its corporate policy of continuous improvement, both in its products and in all of its business processes, HITECSA has successfully completed its 2016 GENERAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY, obtaining an important rating improvement compared to the last 2014 survey. This study has been carried out by external consultants specialized in this kind of research.

In this survey, we have asked to evaluate a series of concepts which are at the basis of our client relationship, such as sales force, delivery times, products, documentations, spare parts, technical assistance service, as well as a general evaluation and specific comments, that we consider particularly valuable and constructive for coming directly from the concerned people.

We are also very pleased to note that the participation in this survey has increased by 40% within our worldwide customers. The numerous comments received have shown the high level of involvement of our clients, which we consider extremely essential to boost a constant communication and to focus our quality policy in a more efficient way towards the achievement of new improvements. These comments will be analyzed one by one, in order to take the appropriate actions to keep on moving forward. We would like to warmly thank all those who have participated helping us in this process of continuous improvement.
